We have been delighted to work with Kirsten for a number of years now. We were so impressed with the makeover she did of our kitchen that we asked her to work on a number of other rooms in our house including our main sitting room, our home cinema/bar room, our utility room, and now our guest bedroom. 

The results are outstanding! Kirsten has a wonderful eye for colour and design, and is skilled in finding those all important finishing details which has transformed these rooms. She clearly understands what suits us and our house, and over and above her talent as an interior designer she is a great project manager- finding excellent tradesmen to work with her, and delivering great results on time and in budget.

We have benefitted from Kirsten’s expert eye, advice and organisational skills for 3 projects over the last couple of years. Each was quite different and had a range of challenges  - Kirsten tackled all of them with good humour, inventiveness and flair.

She has high standards and expects the same from the contractors she brings in for specialist work. The final outcomes are just great. Our rooms are transformed, and we get so much pleasure from being in them now!

Kirsten recently held my hand for a complete re-do of our bedroom. A neglected space, thrown together.

From start to finish Kirsten worked with me, my doubts and to and fro on some elements. I had complete confidence in her, she totally grasped what I was looking for. We now walk into our bedroom and can’t believe it’s ours.

All of the workmen on the project were fab, everything was taken care of. I doubt this will be the last we see of Kirsten!

My totally refurbed kitchen by Kirsten at Mala interiors. Kirsten has done such an amazing job, to a very professional level it’s like a totally new kitchen, I love it.

Kirsten recently did our utility room, downstairs toilet, vestibule and my daughter’s bedroom. I honestly can’t rate her highly enough and all the workmen involved from Hiddleston’s to the painter/ decorators, Jordan the plumber and the electricians were amazing.

Everything came together quickly, efficiently and with very little disruption to us.

I’d love it if she did every room in our home and wouldn’t hesitate to get her back again for our next project.
